Types of Busch Vacuum Pumps Available
Single stage rotary vane vacuum pumps
A single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump includes a single rotating element that compresses air within a vanes-extracting chamber.As such, it's ideally intended for low to medium vacuum applications.
Double stage rotary vane vacuum pumps
A double-stage rotary vane vacuum pump sets out two workspaces or stages to increase the vacuuming process.Therefore, it's able to reach a higher vacuum compared to a single-stage pump.
Main Components
For the carbon vane, it can be used around 3000hours, then you replace the carbon vane because the carbon vane is with friction. It is a consumable part.
Also bearing is consumable, it can be used around 2-3years., Other parts can be used for a long time. Bearings need to be refueled regularly. It needs to be refueled once when it working 500-1000 hours.
For the whole pump, you can use at least 8years. No problem.
